Registration for our Fall Weekend Retreat October 21st-23rd, 2011

Yikes, we've been on a weekend retreat planning frenzy...and are so looking forward to all of our upcoming cropping weekends.  As always we've been having fun planning out all the little details for yet another fabulous Fall Weekend Scrapping Event...so please put aside the weekend of October 21st, 22nd and 23rd and join us for our Fall Weekend Retreat-October.

We have some really fun things planned for this event which we are keeping a secret for just a little while longer, but of course we need to share some of the great details so you know just how much fun you're going to have with us...

 

Okay, let's get to some details. 

Our cropping will begin on Friday morning at around 9:00 AM and will not end until Sunday afternoon at 3:00 PM...that's a lot of time to have fun...so you can bet that's on the schedule!

Cost of our Fall Weekend Retreat-October... $125.00.

 

Early Bird Special...be one of the first people to jump on our pumpkin wagon to register for our Fall Weekend Retreat-October and you will receive a Fall Kit full of goodies...think things that will be absolutely perfect for those Fall pages that you're sure to be scrapping.  You may pay in full or put down the non-refundable deposit on June 1st to claim your Fall Kit! which will be waiting for you at our Retreat. 

   

Payment Plan...Not able to sign up or pay right away, Not a problem! We have got you covered...as we will accept registrations until the event is full with an easy four step payment plan.  You will make one payment of $35.00 to register, three payments of $30.00. With your total cost being $125.00. All payments MUST be made on time in order to hold your spot.

You will need to make a $35.00 non-refundable deposit when you sign up, a second installment of $30.00 will be due by July 1st, another payment of $30.00 on August 1st, and the final installment of $30.00 is due by September 1st.   

 

Cancellation Policy...Because of commitments that we must make in order to hold this event, we will are not able to refund your fees; however, we will be happy to sell your spot to another attendee if at all possible.  

Where...We will be holding our Fall Weekend Retreat-October at the Hawthorn Suites in Franklin, MA. The hotel is located right off Route 495. You may call the hotel directly to make your room reservations at $109.00/per night and simply mention our store. Included in your room reservation is access to a full breakfast served in the Hotel's dining area, and it's yummy. (Hotel room is not included in the $125.00 fee.)

Here is what you receive with your Fall Weekend Retreat-Ocotber Registration... 

• Cropping on Friday, October 21st (9:00AM-), Saturday, October 22nd (11:00AM-) and Sunday, October 23rd (7:00 AM-3:00 PM).
• Entry into all Prize drawings and Games.
• A welcome gift...that you'll love.
• Dinner on Friday Evening at 6:00 PM.
• Saturday morning at 9:30 AM we'll meet for a trip through the Pumpkin Patch. 
• Saturday into the cropping room after our Pumpkin Patch trip. 
• A yummy lunch will be served on Saturday.
• Fun and games and prizes too. 
• Dessert served on Saturday night at 6:00 PM.
• Use of our Cricut Expressions and our library of Design Cartridges (50+).
• Participation in our Trick or Treating Event.
 

We will start accepting registrations for our Fall Weekend Retreat-October on Wednesday, June 1st at our store which opens at 10:00 AM. If you would like to sign-up online please follow the link provided below.  Please make sure to fill in your name and address in the form, as well as if you would like to request to sit with someone.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Registration for our Summer Escape Weekend Retreat 2...August 12th, 13th and 14th, 2011

We are so looking forward to this weekend, Summer in general, and have been having so much fun planning all the little details for yet another fabulous weekend scrapping event...so please put aside the weekend of August 12th, 13th and 14th and join us for our Summer Escape Weekend Retreat 2.  Pull out your sunscreen and get ready to have some fun in the sun!

Annual Fall Weekend Retreat - November 17th through November 20th, 2011

We are beside ourselves excited to announce our Annual Fall Weekend Retreat that we'd absolutely love for you to join us at.  Our Fall Weekend Retreat brings us back to Johnson & Wales Inn located in Seekonk, MA.  This location has housed quite a few of our more recent retreats as well as a couple of our earlier retreats, and we are excited to return there for our Fall Weekend with you.   Johnson & Wales is a renowned Culinary Arts School, so we are certain you will enjoy your stay and the food as much as we have.

We will be opening the doors on Friday, November 18th at 9:00 AM and will continue the fun through Sunday, November 20th at 3:00 PM ... think fun, cropping, chatting, eating, shopping, relaxing and more...think one half an 8' table just for you! ...think fun, games and prizes...think you have to be there!

 

We're also super excited to let you know that we have a very special treat arranged for you...a guest teacher... Nancy Damiano will be coming up for a visit.  You can read all about Nancy just below, as well as hoping over to her blog (click on her name above) to take a peek at her work.  You may remember that Nancy was on our Design Team for several months last year, and we absolutely enjoyed every moment of it.  Wait there's more...Nancy is very very busy right now, doing what you may ask?...creating an Exclusive Layout Class just for our Fall Weekend Retreat, and just for you! ... so go on and feel pretty special...we do.  Could it get better, oh yeah...this layout class is included as part of your weekend!

You may secure your spot with a $75.00 non-refundable deposit - a Second installment of $40.00 is due June 15th, Third installment of $40.00 is due on July 15th, with the final installment of $40.00 due on August 15th.  We can send you a PayPal invoice for future installments.  If you prefer to pay by cash or check, you must make all your payments per the above scheduled dates.

Registration for our National Scrapbook Weekend Retreat

We are very excited to announce another wonderful Weekend Retreat that you just need to join us at.  Our next Retreat is to celebrate National Scrapbook Day and will bring us back to the Johnson & Wales Inn located in Seekonk, MA.  This location housed a couple of our earlier retreats, as well as one of our most recent, our Winter Escape Retreat, and we are excited to return there again.  Johnson & Wales is a renowned Culinary Arts School, so we are certain you will enjoy your stay and the menu as much as we have.

 

Details...normally we would be opening the doors on Friday, May 6th at 9:00 AM and would continue the fun all the way through Sunday, May 8th at 3:00 PM, but hey this is our National Scrapbook Day Weekend Retreat, so we'll be getting this party started on Thursday, May 5th at 7:00 PM and keep it going until Sunday, May 8th at 3:00 PM... think fun, cropping, chatting, eating, shopping, relaxing and more...think one half an 8' table just for you! ...think fun, games and prizes...think you absolutely have to be there!

 

Classes...our classes were so well received at our Winter Escape Retreat that we are happy to announce we will be offering even more classes at our National Scrapbook Day Retreat.  Class schedule and descriptions will be available in April.

 

Prize Drawings...we have some great prizes to be handed out in celebration of our National Scrapbook Day Retreat.  We'll be gifting lots and lots of prizes from us to you...hey it's a scrapbook holiday, presents are definitely in order.  We can't tell you everything we have planned because it would ruin the surprise, but your friends will be green with envy when they see the expression on your face...okay, okay, we're giving away a Provo Craft Cricut Expression and a Spellbinders Grand Calibur and a few of those amazing new larger Nestabilities...oh what fun!

Registration...we will begin taking reservations for our National Scrapbook Weekend Retreat online on Monday, February 14th.  You may sign-up online via link provided here, by calling our store at 508-695-9290 or by stopping in.  (Our store will be open on Wednesday, February 16th.)  To take advantage of our Special Promotion you must register and pay in full between Monday, February 14th and Wednesday, February 16th.   

 

Cancellation Policy...Because of commitments that we must make in order to hold this event, we will are not able to refund your fees; however, we will be happy to sell your spot to another attendee if at all possible. Since we are limiting the number of attendees we feel that there is a good chance we could sell your spot for you if something comes up that makes it impossible for you to attend.
