Class & Crop Cancellation Policy
In consideration of our teachers we ask that a 72 hour notice be given if you're unable to attend a class; a one week cancellation notice is required for our Cropping Events and Friday Night's Out. Cancellation of Special Events & Guest Teacher Events is not permitted due to restrictions placed by the visiting Teacher.
For classes should you cancel prior to the 72 hour period you will receive a class credit to be redeemed for a class within a two month period of the date of the cancellation. Should you cancel within the 72 hour period you will receive a class kit along with instructions on how to complete the projects. Should you not call to cancel you will forfeit your class or cropping fee.
For a Cropping Event should you cancel prior to the one week period you will receive a crop credit to be redeemed within a two month period of the date of cancellation. For a Cropping Event/FNO should you cancel within the one week period you will receive the goodies from the crop as well as any prizes you may have won from being entered into the prize drawings. If we are however able to sell your Cropping spot you will receive a crop credit to be redeemed within a two month period of the date of cancellation.
Should we need to cancel a class or crop you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel a class/crop with less than four participants.
