Doodlebug Delight!

Lately, a huge trend in scrapbooking has been alternative page protectors. These are plastic page protectors that are divided up into a variety of shapes that equal a 12x12 scrapbook page.

They have been around for a few years, but have really seemed to "take off" as of late in the scrapbook world. I've been a huge fan of them since the beginning, and have many, many scrapbooks that have a combination of the different layout formats. Each company that offers them, provides different slot options (4x6, 6x12, wallets, and/or a combination of sizes.) Right At Home has a great collection of page protectors that have different sizes, including: Simple Stories and Doodlebug! I always find them an easy, go-to item for several reasons, and love the ease and flexibility they offer for both speed and multi-picture opportunities.

Today, I've created a quick "Magic Reindeer Food" layout using the Doodlebug Design combo protectors. I used the 6x12 layout pocket from the #2732 combo protectors package. On this "layout", I used a collection of pictures from two different time periods, some from the day we made the magic reindeer foods, with our local Moms Club friends, and some from when we actually used the magic reindeer food on Christmas Eve. (The paper & stickers I used are: Doodlebug Design's North Pole).
