So You-nique

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share a fun layout with you featuring Fancy Pants Be You collection.  If you're not familiar with this line, you'll want to make sure to get a peek.  It's full of fun and quirky colors and patterns.  I thought it was the perfect collection to highlight some pictures of my daughter and friends being VERY silly (as usual) at their academic awards reception last June.

I did some stitching using black thread to coordinate with the black highlights in the patterns.  I also fussy-cut some flowers from the papers to use as embellishments. 

I used the pink heart that was part of the paper's pattern to act as a "hyphen" in my title.  I thought it was a fun way to incorporate it into my layout.
