Wow... it's been a while for me since I have posted... let alone been to my craft table! If I spend too long away I start jonesing like an addict (which of course I am!) The garden is in, the veggies are growing at a rapid speed and it's time for me to get inside the air conditioned house and create away!
I picked up my package of goodies the other day at Right at Home and was so excited when I saw the colors of this recent Bo Bunny line and the GLITTER all over the paper! These are some really fun papers to pick up. And really they can be used for many different subjects. I'm first going to post a card I made using a sketch from our talented Frances. Stay tuned through the next few weeks as I add some lay-outs using these papers. I have a few ideas up my sleeve!
I really loved this sketch because you can layer and use it for any occasion. I chose to do a more 'universal' sentiment with mine. I'm a big fan of Melissa Frances, esp the cardstock stickers that she designs. They are really great for cards. This one says "Life is not measured by the breaths you take but the moments that take your breath away." It could be used for baby, wedding or simply a 'hello.'
I layered some of the papers for the background and then placed my sentiment on. I then layered some flowers, a button, and a rhinestone over 2 of the ribbons that I picked up at RAH.

Beautiful card!
