Happy Memorial Day to Everyone !! Hope you all have a great day with family and friends !!
I have really ENJOYED all the DT's mini albums - each one unique with lots to look at !! To continue with the mini-album projects, here's mine ... For this project I used more of the Jillibean Soup "New England Chowder" collection - perfect for those boy pages !!! The album showcases Joshua's LOVE for trucks and diggers and the papers are perfect for these photos !! I received several different die-cut shapes of raw chipboard, including an acrylic page - all die-cuts and MANY MANY more are available at the store ... so worth checking out !!! I started by painting all the pages with ivory paint, including the edges of the acrylic page. I doodled around each page with brown pen ... doodling is a such great way to finish off projects ... my FAV time to doodle is while watching T.V. !!
For the front of the album I covered a little chipboard car with scraps of leftover paper and lightly bushed it with ivory paint !! I added two tags which became a place for my title ...
Pages one and two ... I painted the edges of the photos with ivory paint and inked edges of the PP to give a grungy, boy look !! Throughout the album, I used scraps of paper leftover from my previous layouts and added buttons and twine here and there ...
pages three and four ...
I pleated and then stapled the coordinating ribbon and frayed the edges to continue with the grungy "boy" look !!
pages five and six ...
page six is the acrylic page ... I left some of this page uncovered so you can see through to the next page ...
pages seven and eight ... page seven is the other side of the acrylic page and page eight is the final page ... I added alot of small photos to this last page !
I used the Bind-it-All ,my latest favorite tool, and added some ribbon to the top. Please check out the Bind-it-All ... it's easy to use and it gives an album a great look. The wires come in a variety of colors and the machine and accessories are available at the store ... and ... it's pink !!!!!!!! Thanks for looking and have a great week !!!

LOVE It... you did such a nice job... He's so stinkin cute!! Let's get together soon!

This is such a fun little mini. I love all the different page sizes, and the papers couldn't be more perfect for your little boy's photos. Great job!
