Adoring Autumn
What is it you adore about autumn the most? Having grown up in the Midwest, I’m accustomed to the cool weather and short days that define autumn. Every year, upon autumn’s arrival, we take part in a variety of autumn related activities, including apple orchard field trips, casual scenic drives, raking of leaves and Halloween preparations. While participating in these activities, I accumulate a long list of favorite autumn moments. Our visits to the local apple orchard are always special as we go about filling our buckets with freshly picked apples. I cherish the time we spend in the backyard of my parent’s home while raking leaves and throwing leaves in the air. There’s much to love about autumn.
With autumn arriving in a few short weeks, it’s time to take out your camera and photograph what you adore most about autumn. In this class, we’ll be working on an eight‐page mini album solo dedicated to recording your favorite autumn moments.
We’ll use a multitude of materials for building the album, including richly colored pattern papers, embellishments, transparency, paint and so much more. We’ll focus on building layers using all of these materials in creating a heavily detailed album.
You’ll learn how to combine and utilize scrapbook materials in new, alternative ways to create one‐of‐a‐kind collages and embellishments. I’ll take you step‐by‐step through my creation process and inspire you to think differently about your scrapbook stash. In class, you’ll receive a large size kit of supplies. We’ll spend three hours working on your album as I introduce you to some of favorite scrapbooking techniques. Join me for this autumn inspired class , “Adoring Autumn”.

We will be happy to ship out the class kit to you if you're unable to attend class. Class kit will include supplies to create album, along with a set of complete instructions and color photos.
