February Weekend Retreat

We're happy to announce our February Retreat being held...Friday, February 10th through Sunday, February 12th at the Hawthorn Suites in Franklin, MA.  You may also add-on Thursday, February 9th and begin cropping at 7 PM, getting the party started a little early!

Okay, let's get to some details...

Our cropping will begin on Friday morning at 9:00 AM and will not end until Sunday afternoon at 3:00 PM with our goodbyes until our next weekend retreat...but in between that time think fun, fun, and a little more fun and of course some cropping too!

Here are even more facts...with your registration you will receive...

• Valentine Exchange...we will get together on Saturday and exchange Valentines.  This can be a card, layout, diecut that you create, a little bag of candy, a little paper pack or sticker sheet...just a treat that you'll be sharing with each one of the participants...this is always a fun time.

February Retreat...$135.00 (February 10th-12th).

  February add-on...$20.00 (Thursday, February 9th).

 

Early Bird Special...Register and pay in full by Sunday, January 15th and you will receive a FREE Layout Kit at our February Retreat.

 

Registration...We will start accepting registrations for our February Weekend Retreat on Tuesday, January 10th at our store which opens at 10:00 AM. If you would like to sign-up online please follow the link provided below.  Please make sure to fill in your name and address in the form, as well as if you would like to request to sit with someone.  We will do our best to accommodate your request. You can stop in and register, or call in and secure your spot at that time with a credit card. Our phone number is 508-695-9290.

 

Payment Plan...Not able to sign up or pay in full right away, not a problem! We have got you covered...as we will accept registrations until the event is full with an easy four step payment plan.  You will make one payment of $45.00 to register, three payments of $30.00. With your total cost being $135.00. All payments MUST be made on time in order to hold your spot.

You will need to make a $45.00 non-refundable deposit when you sign up, a second installment of $30.00 will be due by January 20th, another payment of $30.00 on January 29th, and the final installment of $30.00 is due by February 6th. 

Cancellation Policy...Because of commitments that we must make in order to hold this event, we will are not able to refund your fees; however, we will be happy to sell your spot to another attendee if at all possible.

Where...We will be holding our February Weekend Retreat at the Hawthorn Suites.  You may send us an email, make note of it on your online registration form or mention it to us at the store and we will take care of making your room reservation.  Our group rate is $99.00/per night.  Included in your room reservation is access to a full breakfast served in the Hotel's dining area, and it's yummy. (Hotel room is not included in the $135.00 fee.)

Unregistered people will not be allowed in the cropping area.
