We've been busy planning another fabulous weekend scrapping event. Cannot wait to tell you all the details that we have planned thus far for the weekend of November 20th through November 22nd...and you are definitely going to want to be part of them.

Okay, here goes...we will begin our cropping Friday morning around 9:00 am and end the weekend on Sunday afternoon around 2:00 PM. Now in between all that time think fabulous!

We have a wonderful class squeezed in over the weekend that you are absolutely going to love! Better yet, we have the very talented, Linda Albrecht coming for a visit to teach you this wonderful class. Please take a minute and look below for some details on Linda, and a peek of the class you'll be taking with her. Now onto more weekend details.

Here are the facts...

Cost of the weekend Early Bird Registration, $100.00 This is for those of you who register the first day and pay in full. You can use a credit card to secure your spot.

Not able to sign up or pay right away, No problem! We have got you covered. We will accept registrations until the event is full with an easy three step payment plan.

You will make two payments of $35.00 each, and one final payment of $30.00. Your total cost $100.00. All payments MUST be made on time in order to hold your spot.

You will need to pay $35.00 when you sign up, a second installment of $35.00 will be due by October 23rd, and the final installment of $30.00 is due by November 10th.

Because of commitments that we must make in order to hold this event, we will are not able to refund your fees; however, we will be happy to sell your spot to another attendee if at all possible. Since we are limiting the number of attendees we feel that there is a good chance we could sell your spot for you if something comes up that makes it impossible for you to attend.

We have a very special treat for those Early Birds sign ups-We will be drawing names for some fabulous gifts, and if you know us you know you're in for a treat.
Halloween Mini Album
We will be holding our Fall Weekend Retreat at the Hawthorn Suites in Franklin, MA. The hotel is located right off Route 495.

Here is what you receive with your Admission Fee...

Cropping on Friday, November 20th; Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, November 22nd.

We will start accepting registrations for our Fall Weekend Retreat on, Friday, October 9th...our store opens at 11:00 AM. If you would like to sign-up online please just send us an email and we'll forward a PayPal invoice to you.

Adoring Autumn

What is it you adore about autumn the most? Having grown up in the Midwest, I’m accustomed to the cool weather and short days that define autumn. Every year, upon autumn’s arrival, we take part in a variety of autumn related activities, including apple orchard field trips, casual scenic drives, raking of leaves and Halloween preparations. While participating in these activities, I accumulate a long list of favorite autumn moments. Our visits to the local apple orchard are always special as we go about filling our buckets with freshly picked apples. I cherish the
time we spend in the backyard of my parent’s home while raking leaves and throwing leaves in the air. There’s much to love about autumn.

With autumn arriving in a few short weeks, it’s time to take out your camera and photograph what you adore most about autumn. In this class, we’ll be working on an eight‐page mini album solo dedicated to recording your favorite autumn moments.

We’ll use a multitude of materials for building the album, including richly colored pattern papers, embellishments, transparency, paint and so much more. We’ll focus on building layers using all of these materials in creating a heavily detailed album.

You’ll learn how to combine and utilize scrapbook materials in new, alternative ways to create one‐of‐a‐kind collages and embellishments. I’ll take you step‐by‐step through my creation process and inspire you to think differently about your
scrapbook stash. In class, you’ll receive a large size kit of supplies. We’ll spend three hours working on your album as I introduce you to some of favorite scrapbooking techniques. Join me for this autumn inspired class , “Adoring Autumn”.

2009 Field Trip

Recipe for the most fabulous Field Trip Ever!

• Take three equal parts of three fabulous scrapbook stores.
• Mix in three rockin' buses.
• Blend in three specially designed technique classes.
• Add a pinch of shopping time for those fabulous new products you now know how to use.
• Place in the oven on Saturday, September, 19th for approximately 9 hours at 8:00 am in the morning.
• Sprinkle generously with paints, ink and glitter and Serve Up the greatest girl's day out!
• Serves approximately 32 crafting cuties.

Right at Home Scrapbooking has joined together with two other fabulous stores, strategically placed approximately 45 minutes from each other to offer you "2009 Field Trip"

We are really excited to announce that Ink About It in Westford, MA, Right at Home Scrapbooking in North Attleboro, MA  and The Crop Shop in Rockland, MA have joined together in a joint venture that we know you are going to love.  You will hop aboard the bus at 8:00 am sharp and be on your way to your first technique class of the day.

You will spend one hour in class at each of the stores and spend one hour shopping or enjoying a demo.  We know that you will be so excited with all your new knowledge that you are going to want to stock up before heading out to your second class of the day.  During your 30 to 45 minute drive between stores you will be rockin' on the bus with the class chaperone.  We are planning lots of fun things to keep you entertained en route.  Once you reach your second store you will have your 2nd class of the day, shop and enjoy a delicious lunch before boarding the bus to your next stop where the fun will begin all over again.

Each store is preparing a special technique based class for you so by the time you return from your field trip you will have lots of new tricks up your sleeve to create that just so perfect project.

Class Descriptions:

Ink About It - At Ink About It you will make Fabulous Fall & Halloween Cards - we will make 3 amazing cards featuring 3 stamp vendors and 3 techniques in your 1 hour class.  We'll be using Art Institute Glitter, Flower Soft and Copic Markers.  You will be working with some of the newest stamps on the market - sneak peeks will be available over the summer.

Right at Home Scrapbooking- Join Right at Home on Saturday, September 19th and delve into the world of paints, glitter, inks, fabrics, canvas and more.  You will be creating a unique piece that will be loaded with fun techniques.  It doesn't matter if you enjoy memory arts, rubber stamping or altering items we are sure that you will ooohhh and ahhhhh over your finished project.  We are keeping this a secret just a little bit longer but will have sneak peeks available starting in July.

The Crop Shop - Rocking with Ranger!  This one hour class is sure to get your creativity flowing.  You will create a "Rangerrific" using alcohol and distress  inks, acrylics, stamps and fun stuff from Idea-ology too!

Be sure to secure your spot early because this is one event you are not going to want to miss.

Space is limited to 32 students per store.

 
Registration begins Wednesday, June 24th at 10:00 am.    When you register you must pay a $25.00 non-refundable deposit.  The second payment of $25.00 must arrive at the store no later than July19th, and the final installment of $25.00 must arrive at the store no later than August 19th.  Of course you are free to pay in full at the time of registration!

Please note - If for some reason you are unable to attend we will be happy to try to sell your spot for you to the next person on the wait list if possible.

  Hollywood Squares – A Muse Style!   We’ve chosen one of our A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA instructors to hold a secret prize.  Who do you think has the prize?  Each day this week, we'll remove a few names from the board and you'll get to guess again.  We'll reveal the final answer on Saturday and draw a random winner from all correct guesses.  The winner will then receive the prize revealed at the end of game!!

  And make sure to mark your calendar with July 10th when Liz (pictured in the square above) will help us kick off the celebration,  and then she'll be back again on July 12th & July 17th for more classes and fun.  We also have some fab things in the works for Friday, July 10th where we'll party all night, okay until 8 PM...but it will still be tons of fun to celebrate and enjoy A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA!
